Todd E. Ruyak

President, ANV PacificPoint

Todd Ruyak serves as President of ANV PacificPoint, where he is a leader in commercial property and Difference-in-Conditions (DIC) underwriting. Todd brings more than 25 years of insurance industry experience to ANV PacificPoint including extensive experience in commercial property underwriting, earthquake insurance, and catastrophe-exposed property risks.


Throughout his career, he has held senior underwriting and executive leadership positions with several of the market's foremost DIC and Earthquake insurers.

Prior to joining ANV PacificPoint, Todd served as Executive Vice President at DUAL North America. Before that, he held leadership positions with Tokio Marine HCC and Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, where he helped build and manage specialty property underwriting operations.

Todd earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designations. He is based in the San Diego, California area.

Eric Mihailovich

Executive Vice President, ANV PacificPoint

Eric Mihailovich serves as Executive Vice President at ANV PacificPoint, where he is a leader in underwriting with a focus on Difference-in-Conditions (DIC) coverage. Eric brings 38 years of insurance industry experience to ANV PacificPoint, including more than 25 years focused specifically on DIC underwriting.


Throughout his career, he has held senior underwriting and executive leadership positions with several of the nation's leading DIC insurers.

Before joining ANV PacificPoint, Eric served as Executive Vice President at DUAL North America. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade with HCC Specialty (now Tokio Marine HCC) as Senior Vice President. He began his underwriting career with Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Eastern Illinois University and is based in the San Diego, California area.
